Orders than contain pre-order & non-pre-order items will be held until your entire order can ship together.
All sales completed with Lola Ren Designs are final. Buyers are responsible for checking measurements of garments for correct sizing, examining all photos, and reading the entire description before purchasing.
Flat products (i.e. stickers!) ship via good old fashioned snail mail. Everything else ships via USPS (tracking included).
Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
